Our bakery and central production kitchen serves as the operational hub for all food production across our locations. We produce fresh bread daily for our sandwich program, ensuring consistent quality and freshness throughout the organization. In addition to bakery production, the facility is responsible for the preparation and distribution of all proteins and core food components used by our locations. By centralizing production, we maintain strict quality standards, improve consistency, streamline operations, and support efficient inventory and labour management across the business. The operation combines large-scale food production with artisanal baking techniques to deliver fresh, high-quality products while meeting the demands of multiple locations on a daily basis.
