At the heart of Villeray, Le Casavant is open seven nights a week with the kitchen running until midnight. For three years, we have been working with local producers, farmers and artisans, to offer a cuisine rooted in the seasons. The menu combines house classics and dishes that evolve with the harvests, paired with a selection of lively, predominantly natural wines. Hospitality is at the core of what we do.
