About Le Filet
Le Filet opened its doors on February 14, 2011. It was designed by Hubert Marsolais and Chef Claude Pelletier to showcase the unique cuisine of their partner, Yasuhisa Okazaki. Born in Tokyo, Yasu developed his style in Japan within French and Italian establishments before working alongside Michel Rostang in Paris.Le Filet offers a refined signature cuisine in a cozy and captivating atmosphere. Featuring an open kitchen, Le Filet primarily highlights seafood with originality and precision.
