We are a small neighborhood diner in the heart of Valleyfield, inspired by Southern cuisine. We keep the place running with a mini team (chaotic but charming), a menu that changes according to Jim's inspiration, some great fried chicken (mentioned in the Journal de Montréal, by the way, wink wink), and a relaxed/country vibe à la Dolly Parton or should I say cuntry 🎀 So?
