Prep Cook – New Sourdough Pizzeria (Mile End)

We're a brand-new sourdough pizzeria opening in Mile End, and we're looking for a reliable, full-time Prep Cook to join our team.

What you'll do:

Handle early morning prep shifts, getting the kitchen ready for the day
Prepare ingredients, sauces, toppings, and dough components to our standards
Help with pizza making when needed
Keep the kitchen clean, organized, and up to food safety standards
Work closely with the kitchen team to keep things running smoothly

What we're looking for:

Previous kitchen experience required
Comfortable working early mornings
Strong attention to detail and consistency
A team player who's eager to learn and grow with a new business
Reliable and punctual

Cuisinier Préparateur – Nouvelle Pizzeria au Levain (Mile End)

Nous sommes une toute nouvelle pizzeria au levain qui ouvre à Mile End, et nous recherchons un Cuisinier Préparateur fiable à temps plein pour rejoindre notre équipe.

Ce que vous ferez :

Gérer les quarts de préparation tôt le matin, en préparant la cuisine pour la journée
Préparer les ingrédients, sauces, garnitures et composants de pâte selon nos normes
Aider à la fabrication des pizzas si nécessaire
Maintenir la cuisine propre, organisée et conforme aux normes de sécurité alimentaire
Travailler en étroite collaboration avec l'équipe de cuisine pour assurer le bon fonctionnement

Expérience préalable en cuisine requise
À l'aise de travailler tôt le matin
Grande attention aux détails et à la cohérence
