Cloakroom Bar is looking for an experienced Bar Manager to lead our team and help shape the next chapter of one of Canada’s leading cocktail bars.
We’re looking for someone with:
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Extensive cocktail and spirits knowledge
• High standards for hospitality and execution
• Experience managing inventory, scheduling and daily operations
• The ability to develop a team and thrive in a fast-paced environment
This is a hands-on leadership position for someone who takes ownership, protects standards and wants to grow with the business.

• Une connaissance approfondie des cocktails et des spiritueux

• Une expérience dans la gestion des stocks, de la planification et des opérations quotidiennes
• La capacité de développer une équipe et de s'épanouir dans un environnement dynamique
