What you'll be doing

You build sandwiches, wraps, and quick plates with consistency—fresh, fast, and ready for handoff to the guest.

• Follow build sheets and portioning; keep mods and allergies crystal clear
• Maintain cold holding, slicing, and prep areas to food-safety standards
• Keep the line stocked and the guest-facing area inviting during peaks
• Communicate with kitchen or expo on 86s and prep levels
