Pastry Cook

minnibar is looking for a pastry cook to join our kitchen team in downtown Montreal.

The main focus will be pastry and desserts, but we’re looking for someone who wants to grow beyond one station. You’ll also be trained on the line and our pizza station, making this a great position for someone who wants to become a more complete cook.

We’re an all-day restaurant serving elevated comfort food made from scratch, with a kitchen that values quality, consistency and a strong team mentality.

What we’re looking for:

* Pastry or baking experience
* Passion for cooking and learning new stations
* Interest in learning line cooking and pizza
* Clean, organized and detail-oriented
* Able to work efficiently during busy services
* Reliable, positive and team-oriented
* Availability evenings and weekends

L'accent sera mis sur les pâtisseries et les desserts, mais nous recherchons quelqu'un qui souhaite évoluer au-delà d'une seule station. Vous serez également formé sur la ligne et notre station de pizza, ce qui fait de ce poste une excellente opportunité pour quelqu'un qui souhaite devenir un cuisinier plus complet.
