Sous Chef

Les Cavistes is looking for a vibrant individual to supervise its kitchen line. Our ideal sous-chef has theoretical knowledge in cooking (certificate or training) and a MAPAQ certification. With several years of experience in the position of chef de partie, the candidate will have a comprehensive understanding of the various kitchen positions and will be comfortable with the culinary techniques used at each station.

Beyond the unifying aspect of the role, the selected individual will be responsible for mentoring, supervising, and supporting kitchen operations. Working hours are from 12 PM to 8 PM, Wednesday to Sunday, with the possibility of working every other Sunday. A semi-annual bonus will be discussed based on performance, along with benefits after three months of employment.

Les Cavistes recherche une personne flamboyante pour superviser sa ligne.
Notre sous-chef idéal possède des connaissances théoriques en cuisine ( certificat ou formation ) et une attestation MAPAQ. Avec un bagage de plusieurs années à la position de chef de partie, la personne aura eu une vision d'ensemble des différents postes de la cuisine et sera à l'aise avec les techniques culinaires utilisées à chaque poste.

Au delà de l'aspect fédérateur du poste, la personne retenue aura la charge d'encadrer, superviser et soutenir les opérations de la cuisine. Horaire de 12h à 20h du mercredi au dimanche. Possibilité de travailler un dimanche sur deux.
Bonus semestriel à discuter selon les performances et avantages après 3 mois d'exercices.
