Assistant Manager – Restaurant & Bar
We are looking for a hands-on Assistant Manager with serving experience and bartending knowledge to help lead our team and keep daily service running smoothly.
This is an active, floor-based position. You will be present throughout service, welcoming guests, supporting staff, taking orders, serving food and drinks, and stepping behind the bar when needed. Leading by example and delivering a great guest experience are essential to the role.
Responsibilities
* Supervise and support the floor team during service.
* Greet guests, assist with seating, and ensure attentive, friendly service.
* Take orders, serve tables, and help prepare and serve drinks as needed.
* Coordinate with the kitchen and bar to keep service organized and timely.
* Handle guest questions and concerns professionally.
* Assist with opening and closing duties, cash handling, and end-of-shift checks.
* Maintain cleanliness, organization, and service standards.
* Support the manager with staff training and daily operations.
What we’re looking for
* Previous restaurant serving experience and working knowledge of bartending.
* Leadership experience or readiness to take the next step into management.
* Strong communication, organization, and customer service skills.
* A dependable team player who takes initiative and stays calm during busy service.

* Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
