You execute your station with focus and pride—consistent plates, clean habits, and teamwork that holds up when the board fills up.

• Cook to recipe and timing; taste and adjust within our standards
• Prep your mise and communicate 86s before you run out mid-service
• Keep your station sanitary, organized, and allergen-aware
• Support teammates on pickups, backups, and end-of-night breakdown
