• Minimum 2 years of kitchen experience
• Previous supervisory or team-lead experience
• Bilingual — French and English
• Fast, organized and comfortable working under pressure
• Strong attention to quality, presentation and cleanliness

Tu exécutes ton poste avec concentration et fierté—assiettes constantes, habitudes propres et esprit d'équipe quand le tableau se remplit.
• Cuisiner selon recettes et délais; goûter et ajuster dans nos standards
• Préparer ta mise et annoncer les ruptures avant de tomber à sec en service
• Garder ton poste sanitaire, ordonné et conscient des allergènes
• Soutenir l'équipe sur les reprises, backups et démontage de fin de soirée
